Summer Fitness Challenge #1

It's time for the Chesapeake Summer Fitness Challenge!!!

Once a week we will be posting an exercise(s) to complete within a period of time. Jot your results down and send them in to Audrey and she will keep track! At the end of Summer whoever has the best time/made the best progress WINS!! Prizes will be provided!!

Challenge #1

Number of push-ups in 1 min

+

Number of squats in 30 seconds (Make sure to keep your weight back on your heels, and in order to count your legs must have at least a 90 degree angle)
