Fitness Challenge:
Length of Time you can hold a wall handstand
1. Walk your feet up the wall
2. Walk your hands in close to the wall
3. Keep your hands as close to the wall as you can get
4. Shrug your shoulders, as if you're pushing the floor to give your body more control
